How to Send Artwork to VIP
Before sending art, please review Vulcan's art guidelines as well as the Electronic Art Checklist. You may e-mail Vulcan's Art / Prepress Department directly with any questions you may have, or call (205) 672-1237 and ask for Dominic Zaidan.
Sending Art by Email
Recommended for electronic files no larger than 2MB. For larger files, send via FTP or mail. Email file to art@vip.ebsco.com.
Sending Art by File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
To send large electronic files via our FTP site:
- Complete an Electronic Art Checklist and fax it to 205-672-1382 prior to uploading files.
- Compress files to be uploaded using Stuffit, WinZip, etc.
- Connect to our FTP site using any FTP software such as WS_FTP, Fetch, etc. or to connect using your web browser, click here or on the Host Name below.
Host Name: ftp://vipart.vulcan-online.com
User: ftpvip
Password: Ftpvip11 (case sensitive)
Sending Art by Mail
If you prefer to send your art to Vulcan Information Packaging by conventional rather than electronic means, please send it to:

You may send artwork on digital media (as specified in the Electronic Art Checklist), film, etc., to this address. Please include a brief statement detailing what files you are sending and any special instructions.
