Return Policy for VIP

Stock undecorated products must be in original condition and returned within 30 days of the ship date with the original packing slip or invoice. Buyer must pre-pay the return shipping charges and ship via freight, UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned products. Credit will be issued for invoice price less delivery shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Contact VIP for a Return Authorization Number (1-800-633-4526).

Refunds are NOT allowed for custom and logo imprinted products.
