Sending Art by Email
Recommended for electronic files no larger than 2MB. For larger files, send via FTP or mail. Email file to art@vip.ebsco.com.
Sending Art by File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
To send large electronic files via our FTP site:
- Complete an Electronic Art Checklist and fax it to 205-672-1382 prior to uploading files.
- Compress files to be uploaded using Stuffit, WinZip, etc.
- Connect to our FTP site using any FTP software such as WS_FTP, Fetch, etc. or to connect using your web browser, click here or on the Host Name below.

Password: Ftpvip11 (case sensitive)
Sending Art by Mail
If you prefer to send your art to Vulcan Information Packaging by conventional rather than electronic means, please send it to:
